I must say that this is the most popular cake that we have at the Cookie Corner. I find that some of this cake's biggest fans are some of my smallest customers & kids! We rnjoyed thr almond poppy and the banana chocolate chip, but the apple was our favorite. Tastes exactly as of it just came out of my own kitchen - even pieces of apples and not too sweet.
