The Chipsticks were very good and arrived quickly. Everyone that had one loved them!

The Chocsticks are habit forming! So delicious, soft & chewy goodness every bite 😜🍪

Regardless if you order online or in store, you are made to feel welcome. Great customer service!

Great cookies, great service.

We have been sending Ricki's Cookies 3 lb Holiday Tins for over 5 years now. They have always arrived fresh and on time. Their response time is great for any questions you may have.

Everything was great.

Communication was good from placing order to delivery notice. Cookies were like gramma’s-but don’t tell her😉

They keep you up to date while the order is in transit. It's hard to wait when you know how delicious the goodies are going to be.

The cookies are great ! Definitely will order again. Also tried the challah very good.

Thanks to Marissa Moss Magdovitz, I found you! I’ll never go to any other bakery in town. Hope one day, there will be a store in Germantown. Although I probably don’t need you even more convenient, or I’ll go up in pant size. KEEP BAKING! I love you

We are first time buyers. Referred by a friend. Very happy to be a new customer!! Ordering on-line was very easy! Pick up at store location was convenient. All the items purchased excelled our expectations. Will continue purchasing Ricki’s goods. We are a fan!!!

Great service!

Wonderful cookies. Will ordere again

Easy to order

Products always arrive moist, and intact.

Easy to place an order, great pricing, items came within days and are yummy! I cannot wait for my next order!

Website was easy to work with!

Lovely business and great assistants working

Everyone loved the selection! You could hear people saying “Where did these come from!”

Easy ordering and I can count on excellent taste and quality.

Very efficient!

Very easy to navigate every thing, order didn't take long at all

Great taste!

Came into store to order a gift and was immediately helped by the owner—love their products!!

Variety of items. Reasonably priced. Even shipping cost is reasonable. And they arrived promptly and fresh. Who could ask for anything better?

Very easily done on the internet

I totally respect the hard work that goes into making these cookies but I was disappointed in the flavor. I prefer a sweeter tasting cookie. The oatmeal cookie was very good and my favorite of all the cookies in the tin. Sugar cookie was good too. Not a fan of the other cookies. May I suggest that you could place a card with the cookies listings the flavors in the can. There were a couple of the cookies that I couldn’t tell what flavor it was. Thank you.

Amazingly good

There is no better challah or baked goods on the planet than Ricki’s!

Challah was stale when it arrived and there was NO CARD

I have two grandsons away at college.

I periodically send them surprise packages of goodies.

Have used Cheryl’s Cookies for years….but had difficulty with FedEx.

They enjoy Fairytale Brownies….but have now moved Ricki’s Cookies to the top of the favorite list !!!

Will be ordering more soon !

I'm sorry to say i wasn't really too impressed with the products I ordered..dry..not very tasteful..

Again, I am sorry the round chocolate challah was just okay for me but not as delicious as the braided one.

I really wanted to try your chocolate chopsticks but you sent me the ginger ones.

I never have ordered from a bakery that wasn’t in my neighborhood before my initial order to you a few years ago.

All the best to you and your family.
