Easy, reliable, delicious and convenient!

I ordered quite a bit for my first order. It arrived with everything intact. Most everything went in freezer. I tried the chipsticks w/nuts. They were a great version of choc. chip cookies. I can't wait to try the caramel and double choc. ones! The bonus oatmeal raisin cookie was a sweet surprise 😋. I won't hesitate to place another order when my freezer runs low!

I could hardly make it home with my order —just smelling those two cinnamon challahs made my mouth water, and my car smelled so delicious! You really should make a spray for the car called ‘Cinnamon Challah’!
Yes, those challahs were as always total perfection-beautiful to admire, with deep -bronzed crust, so soft to the touch, and the smell of sweet cinnamon, toasted butter, and brown sugar! No matter how you’re feeling, you’ll feel better after eating the very first bite!! YUMMY any time of day or night!

One of my favorite places to walk in and shop is Ricki's Cookies. The smell draws you in, and the the welcome you get makes you feel like family. The array of choices is amazing and sometimes it is so hard to decide which cookies I want to buy, that I think about getting one of each!

When I ordered over the phone a couple of months ago, I felt rushed. I know your business was popping and overwhelmed. I know you want all customers to feel they are special. I got my order, but I missed the small cinnamon only I had ordered especially for my granddaughter who does not like raisins.
I unfortunately was not able to pick up my order on Wednesday because my husband was having surgery that day. My friend was doing me a favor by picking up my order. She had no idea about the specifics of my order. I feel the error occurred at the beginning of the ordering process. We are enjoying the challahs and everyone is happy. I would never have had said anything about this, but I have received emails requesting that I let you know if my order was satisfactory. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity.

Mrs. Ricki’s Cookie Bakery shop is one of the best. Good Cookies🍪, Good Bread 🍞, and Mrs. Ricki is very hospitable when it comes to guests coming to the store. We celebrate Rosh Ha’Shanah and I love getting bread 🍞 from her to celebrate our KING AND GREAT HIGH PRIEST YESHUA Ha’Mashiach because HE IS LORD!!!
