I must say that this is the most popular cake that we have at the Cookie Corner. I find that some of this cake's biggest fans are some of my smallest customers & kids! Children of all ages love this cake. This rich battered pound cake is packed with fresh apples and topped with powdered sugar and a touch of spice for a real tasty treat that I highly recommend. You guessed it, this comes in a resealable package so you don't have to share with too many people.

We rnjoyed thr almond poppy and the banana chocolate chip, but the apple was our favorite. Tastes exactly as of it just came out of my own kitchen - even pieces of apples and not too sweet.
