Very nice flavor, but quite different from the Carrot Cake served in my area. Here, the cakes have raisins, nuts, possibly crushed pineapple and/or coconut, along with a thick cream cheese frosting. Good, but not quite what I expected.

The carrot cake is excellent! Moist and tasty, the flavor really shines through. The only reason I left off one star is that the frosting doesn't travel well. It was either stuck to the top of the plastic container or justcompletely disappeared in spots. Still yummy, however!
