Q. Is it safe to enter my credit card information on Rickis Cookie Corner web site?

A. To insure the safety of your credit card information, Ricki’s Cookies uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. SSL offers the highest level of encryption supported by commercial web browsers and follows the standards established by credit card leaders such as Visa and MasterCard. This makes it impossible for anyone besides for Rickis Cookie Corner to access your private billing information.

Q. Does Rickis Cookie Corner share customer information with third parties?

A. Rickis Cookie Corner does not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy.

Mailing Lists

Q. If I place an order will I start receiving mail/email from Rickis Cookie Corner?

A. no you will not be automatically added as recipient information is not added to our mailing lists. There is an optional place to sign up on our homepage. Please sign up and enjoy coupons and updates from Ricki’s Cookie Corner.

Ordering

Q. If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?

A. Please feel free to place your order over the phone. The number to call is 901-866-2447. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you during normal business hours. You can order online 24/7!

Q. Can I fax my order to you or send it via e-mail?

A. Of course! We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. If you feel more comfortable faxing or e-mailing an order, you can send all order information to (901) 866-2448 or rickiscookies@yahoo.com. Be sure to include: 1) Your billing address and contact information 2) The product(s) you wish to send and the recipient's name and address 3) Gift message(s) of 20-25 words Upon receiving your fax or e-mail, we will then contact you to gather your payment information. Please DO NOT send your credit card information via e-mail!

Orders

Q. How can I be sure that my order went through?

A. Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.

Q. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

A. Please call us at 901-866-2447 before the scheduled ship date and we will gladly assist you. Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has shipped.

Q. Can I make any substitutions to the products on the web site?

A. You can always create your own combinations and gifts! Just order whatever your taste buds desire and those items will arrive together.

Shipping To Multiple Locations

Q. How do I place an order that will be shipping to multiple locations?

A. At present we do not have a “Multiple Location Ship-To” feature. If you’d like to order to separate locations, please place the orders individually. Or call us anytime and we can help you!

Future Date Shipping

Q. I would like my order to ship out on a future date?

A. If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please type your request in the “Special Instructions” window, which will appear during the checkout process.

Corporate Billing

Q. Can you bill my company for corporate orders? A. Sure! Just call us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday to speak with us about setting up a company account. Phone: 901-866-2447

Reship Policy

Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will Rickis Cookie Corner reship the item?

A. Because our products are perishable food items and cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

Return Policy

Q. Can I return an item ordered from Rickis Cookie Corner?

A. Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns.

Kosher Certification

Q. Are Ricki’s Cookie Corner products certified Kosher?

A. Yes! All of Ricki’s Cookie Corner's products are certified Kosher Non-Dairy under the supervision of the Vaad of Memphis. Please see our Kosher Certificate page for more details.
